Day 1
Welcome to Adelaide!!
Welcome to Adelaide and the start of 6 days of Santos Tour Down Under madness…bring on the fun and games!
On arrival into Adelaide Airport, you will be greeted by the Mummu Cycling team at 11am and transferred to our 5-star accommodation in the Adelaide CBD. Take some time to check in and settle. Our team will then assist with setting up bikes to prepare for an optional, short afternoon ‘warm-up’ ride to get the legs into gear for some big days to come!
Concluding our spin, freshen up before we regroup in the hotel foyer where we’ll walk over to one of Adelaide’s finest local restaurants for a Group Welcome Dinner. Following dinner, we’ll transfer back to the hotel to get some rest ahead of a big day tomorrow.

Day 1
Welcome to Adelaide!!
Welcome to Adelaide and the start of 6 days of Santos Tour Down Under madness…bring on the fun and games!
On arrival into Adelaide Airport, you will be greeted by the Mummu Cycling team at 11am and transferred to our 5-star accommodation in the Adelaide CBD. Take some time to check in and settle. This afternoon will be yours to explore the Tour Down under event village.
Later, freshen up before we regroup in the hotel foyer where we’ll walk over to one of Adelaide’s finest local restaurants for a Group Welcome Dinner. Following dinner, we’ll transfer back to the hotel to get some rest ahead of a big day tomorrow.

Day 2
Ride to Tanunda for lunch and stage viewing
Today we’ll head out to Tanunda to watch stage 1 of the 2024 TDU! Tanunda is located in Adelaide’s beautiful Barossa region.
After an nutritious breakfast it will be time to head out for today’s ride. We will make our way through the beautiful, vineyard-dotted, Barossa Valley. The undulating, scenic ride will include parts of today’s challenging course, providing a nice opportunity to get a taste of what’s to come for the pros during stage 1! The ride will take us straight into the Tanunda town where you will have the oportunity to freshen up and have some lunch as we wait for the peloton to zip past for the finish!
Be sure to pack some sunscreen, it will likely be hot!
After the madness of the fast and furious first stage concludes, we’ll transfer you back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.
We’d highly recommend grabbing a bite in town and visiting one of the many great little bars hidden all over the city.

Day 2
Ride to Tanunda for lunch and stage viewing
Today we’ll head out to Tanunda to watch stage 1 of the 2024 TDU! Taunnda is located in Adelaide’s beautiful Barossa region.
After an early breakfast, be ready in the lobby by 9am as we’ll transfer out to our ride start location. After dropping the riders off for their ride, we’ll transfer straight to Tanunda taking in the beautiful, undulating scenery of the Barossa valley. Once we arrive, you’ll have a chance to explore the local surrounds. Once you’ve had a chance to stretch your legs, we’ll meet back at our lunch location on course ready for a seated spot of lunch and some refreshments.
Be sure to pack some sunscreen, it will likely be hot!
After the madness of the fast and furious first stage concludes, we’ll transfer you back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.

Day 3
Ride through the Adelaide Hills to Lobethal
Today we are headed for the Adelaide hills to the beautiful town, Lobethal to watch the Peloton tackle stage 2 of Tour Down Under
After breakfast, we will Kit up for our 50km ride through the Adelaide Hills. Once we have arrived at our end destination, Lobethal – there will be a chance to refresh and change before we head to Bierhouse, a local beer garden for lunch. Here we will also have prime spot for stage viewing!
After the peloton has passed, we will then transfer back to our hotel and the evening will be yours to explore Adelaide and enjoy dinner at leisure.

Day 3
Ride through the Adelaide Hills to Lobethal
Today we are headed for the Adelaide hills to the beautiful town, Lobethal to watch the Peloton tackle stage 2 of Tour Down Under
After breakfast, we will transfer you to Lobethal, where you will have a chance to explore this beautiful town before we head to Bierhouse, a local beer garden for lunch. Here we will also have prime spot for stage viewing!
After the peloton has passed, we will then transfer back to our hotel and the evening will be yours to explore Adelaide and enjoy dinner at leisure.

Day 4
Ride to Campbelltown for roadside stage viewing
Today we head to Campbelltown for stage 3 of TDU!
After breakfast, we will ride a relaxed 30km loop around Adelaide town to end in Campbelltown.
At the end of the ride our ride guides will guide you straight to our ‘famous’ Mummu Marquee picnic lunch – where we’ll have you perfectly located to witness the spectacular race action roadside in the Mummu marquee, with a perfect vantage point close to the finish line. Enjoy a picnic lunch while you watch the pro’s battle it out to see who will take the lead ahead of the final weekend stages.
Concluding an expected thrilling stage 3 finale, we will transfer back to the hotel, to freshen up.There will be a chance to freshen up before meeting back down in the lobby for group drinks with a very special guest!

Day 4
Ride to Campbelltown for roadside stage viewing
Today we head to Campbelltown for stage 3 of TDU!
After breakfast, we will transfer you to Campbell town where you will have a chance to explore the town and grab a coffee. After we will head to our ‘famous’ Mummu Marquee picnic lunch – where we’ll have you perfectly located to witness the spectacular race action roadside in the Mummu marquee, with a perfect vantage point close to the finish line. Enjoy a picnic lunch while you watch the pro’s battle it out to see who will take the lead ahead of the final weekend stages.

Day 5
Watch the Stage 4 start in Murray bridge plus winery lunch and tasting in McLaren Vale!
Todays will see stage 4 of TDU finish in Port Elliot for the first time in it’s history!
This morning we will enjoy an early breakfast before a local morning ride out and back from the hotel.
After the ride there will be a chance to freshen up before we transfer out to Murray Bridge to watch the Stage start and soak up the exciting atmosphere!
After the stage, we will transfer to McLaren Vale for a winery lunch and tasting – best to come hungry!
Following a great day out together, we’ll transfer back to the hotel for an evening at your leisure.

Day 5
Watch the Stage 4 start in Murray bridge plus winery lunch and tasting in McLaren Vale!
Todays will see stage 4 of TDU finish in Port Elliot for the first time in it’s history!
This morning we will enjoy an relaxed breakfast and morning in the city.
Once the riders return, we will transfer out to Murray Bridge to watch the Stage start and soak up the exciting atmosphere!
After the stage, we will transfer to McLaren Vale for a winery lunch and tasting – best to come hungry!
Following a great day out together, we’ll transfer back to the hotel for an evening at your leisure.

Day 6
Willunga Hill roadside!
Today will see the peloton head to Willunga!
Following breakfast, our riding guests will join the pilgrimage to Willunga to tackle a ride in the region ourselves, before retreating to our incredible setup on Willunga Hill!
On arrival, settle in for a delicious lunch, with beverages in the Mummu Marquee – located roadside very close to the finish line, we’ll be in the prime viewing location on course and will see the peloton battle it out to see who will be crowned the victor of Stage 5!
After a massive day, we’ll transfer back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.

Day 6
Willunga Hill roadside!
Today will see the peloton head to Willunga!
Following breakfast, we’ll transfer out from the city to the finish area up on Willunga Hill where we can soak up the atmosphere.
On arrival, settle in for a delicious lunch, with beverages, in the Mummu Marquee – located roadside very close to the finish line, we’ll be in the prime viewing location on course and will see the peloton battle it out to see who will be crowned the victor of Stage 5!
After a massive day, we’ll transfer back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.

Day 7
Final Stage Hospitality on Mt Lofty!
The spectacular Mt Lofty will make a repeat in 2024 after it’s debut last year at the Santos Tour Down Under for today’s final day of racing!
It’s going to be an incredible finish to a great week of racing.
There will be no ride today so after breakfast and check out, we’ll help you pack up your bikes and get ready to transfer out to the special TDU hospitality right on course! Here we will enjoy a VIP experience as we settle in for the afternoon with lunch and drinks provided. No better way to watch the final stage of the Tour Down Under of 2024 than in VIP hospitality!
After an amazing conclusion, we’ll transfer you back to the airport and say bon voyage!

Day 7
Final Stage Hospitality on Mt Lofty!
The spectacular Mt Lofty will make a repeat in 2024 after it’s debut last year at the Santos Tour Down Under for today’s final day of racing!
It’s going to be an incredible finish to a great week of racing.
After breakfast and check out, we’ll help you pack up your bikes and get ready to transfer out to the special TDU hospitality right on course! Here we will enjoy a VIP experience as we settle in for the afternoon with lunch and drinks provided. No better way to watch the final stage of the Tour Down Under of 2024 than in VIP hospitality!
After an amazing conclusion, we’ll transfer you back to the airport and say bon voyage!
