Not to be missed-once in a lifetime experience to give my teenage son! The magic of TDF as a moving spectacle of cycling, not only the race but the crowd energy and drama was beyond his wildest dreams. To meet the riders privately and talk to them before the race, see their bus, ride the courses, then stand on the podium was a phenomenal experience that cannot be duplicated by other tours who merely ride and spectate.
