Day 1
Welcome to Adelaide!!
Welcome to Adelaide and the start of 6 days of Santos Tour Down Under madness…bring on the fun and games!
On arrival into Adelaide Airport, you will be greeted by the Mummu Cycling team at 11am and transferred to our 5-star accommodation in the Adelaide CBD. Take some time to check in and settle. Our team will then assist with setting up bikes to prepare for an optional, short afternoon ‘warm-up’ ride to get the legs into gear for some big days to come!
Concluding our spin, freshen up before we regroup in the hotel foyer to transfer to River Torrens.
This evening marks the first ever EFEX Prologue: the perfect way to welcome back the Santos Tour Down Under and a real spectacle to watch, as the world’s best professional cyclists take to the streets of Adelaide, chasing that much desired early season victory! The 5.5-kilometre Adelaide Riverbank route begins on the footbridge and finishes near the Elder Park Rotunda, with tight turns and a dive-bomb descent in the mix.
Following some thrilling race viewing, we’ll walk over to one of Adelaide’s finest local restaurants for a Group Welcome Dinner. Following dinner, we’ll transfer back to the hotel to get some rest ahead of a big day tomorrow.

Day 1
Welcome to Adelaide!!
Welcome to Adelaide and the start of 6 days of Santos Tour Down Under madness…bring on the fun and games!
On arrival into Adelaide Airport, you will be greeted by the Mummu Cycling team at 11am and transferred to our 5-star accommodation in the Adelaide CBD. Take some time to check in and settle.
While the riders are out having a quick spin, you’ll have some free time to explore Adelaide city – grab a spot of lunch and a cocktail and enjoy the sunshine!
We’ll meet the riders after they have freshened up late afternoon ready to transfer out to River Torrens.

Day 2
Ziptrak Stage 1 in Tanunda
Stage 1: Ziptrak Tanunda – Tanunda
Today we’ll head out to Tanunda in Adelaide’s beautiful Barossa region to soak in all the action of Stage 1!
After an early breakfast, be kitted up and ready to ride by 9am as we’ll transfer out to our ride start location – be sure to pack a change of clothes too! On today’s ride we’ll make our way through the stunningly beautiful, vineyard-dotted, Barossa Valley. The undulating, scenic ride will include parts of today’s challenging course, providing a nice opportunity to get a taste of what’s to come for the pros! The ride will take us straight into the Tanunda township to a local restaurant on course where we can freshen up and sit down for a seated spot of lunch as we wait for the pro’s to zip past on the circuit of 4 laps and 2 sprints.
Be sure to pack some sunscreen, it will likely be hot!
After the madness of the fast and furious first stage concludes, we’ll transfer you back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.
We’d highly recommend grabbing a bite in town and visiting one of the many great little bars hidden all over the city.

Day 2
Ziptrak Stage 1 in Tanunda
Stage 1: Ziptrak Tanunda – Tanunda
Today we’ll head out to Tanunda in Adelaide’s beautiful Barossa region to soak in all the action of the Ziptrak Stage 1!
After an early breakfast, be ready in the lobby by 9am as we’ll transfer out to our ride start location. After dropping the riders off for their ride, we’ll transfer straight to Tanunda taking in the beautiful, undulating scenery of the Barossa valley. Once we arrive, you’ll have a chance to explore the local surrounds. Once you’ve had a chance to stretch your legs, we’ll meet back at our lunch location on course ready for a seated spot of lunch and some refreshments.
We’ll see the pro’s zip past plenty on today’s circuit of 4 laps and 2 sprints!
Be sure to pack some sunscreen, it will likely be hot!
After the madness of the fast and furious first stage concludes, we’ll transfer you back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.

Day 3
Stage 2 in Beautiful Brighton
Stage 2: Brighton – Victoria Harbour
After a leisurely breakfast, kit up a pack a change a change of clothes before we take a nice short coastal ride out to today’s Stage start in beautiful Brighton.
Once we arrive, take some time to freshen up before heading over to explore the team bus area – be sure to bring your camera as you never know who we’ll bump into!
After we’ve taken in the excitement of the stage start, we’ll settle in at our brunch location in Brighton just ahead of the start of Stage 2.
Once the pro’s have zipped past and are well on their way to Victor Harbour, we’ll watch the rest of the Stage on TV at the restaurant to see who will take the lead!
Following a great day out in sunny Brighton, we’ll ride home as a group and there will be an opportunity to some more riding once we get back to the hotel if you’re game.

Day 3
Stage 2 in Beautiful Brighton
Stage 2: Brighton – Victoria Harbour
After a leisurely breakfast, we’ll transfer out to today’s Stage start in beautiful Brighton.
Once we arrive, take some time to explore the beautiful coastal surrounds before heading over to explore the team bus area – be sure to bring your camera as you never know who we’ll bump into!
After we’ve taken in the excitement of the stage start, we’ll settle in at our brunch location in Brighton just ahead of the start of Stage 2.
Once the pro’s have zipped past and are well on their way to Victor Harbour, we’ll watch the rest of the Stage on TV at the restaurant to see who will take the lead!
Following a great day out in sunny Brighton, we’ll transfer back to the hotel.
Tonight will be at your leisure – we’d highly recommend grabbing a pasta dinner, making sure to load up for tomorrow’s big ride!

Day 4
Official Participation Ride
Stage 3: Norwood – Campbelltown
Today is the Santos Tour Down Under’s third stage and will host both the UCI World Tour peloton, as well as thousands of amateur cyclists alike for the ever-popular, 2023 Participation Ride.
Details are still TBC but be ready early for either a transfer or short ride to stage start (location TBA).
We’ll have some ride guides along the closed circuit course to ensure you’re supported during the big ride.
Following a big day, we’ll be back at the hotel just before dinner (details TBC).
This evening will be at your leisure.

Day 4
Official Participation Ride
Stage 3: Norwood – Campbelltown
Take the morning to explore the stunning walking trails and streets of Adelaide before we transfer to the Stage 3 Finish in Campbelltown.
Today, we’ll have you perfectly located to witness the spectacular race action roadside in the Mummu marquee, with a perfect vantage point close to the finish line. Enjoy a picnic lunch while you watch the pro’s battle it out to see who will take the lead ahead of the final weekend stages.
Concluding an expected thrilling stage 3 finale, we will transfer back to the hotel, to freshen up and enjoy a cold one to cheers to an recollect the days adventures!
This evening will be at your leisure.

Day 5
Willunga!
Stage 4: Port Willunga – Willunga Township
Today will see the peleton battle it out against a beautiful backdrop with a beachside start in sunny Port Willunga, make it’s way through McLaren Vale to finish in the beautiful Willunga Township.
Following breakfast, our riding guests will join the pilgrimage from the city to Willunga to tackle a ride in the region ourselves, before retreating to our incredible setup in Willunga town!
On arrival, settle in for a delicious lunch, with beverages. Located directly on the finish line, we’ll be in the prime viewing location on course and will see the peloton battle it out to see who will be crowned the victor of Stage 4!
After a massive day, we’ll transfer back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.

Day 5
Willunga!
Stage 4: Port Willunga – Willunga Township
Today will see the peleton battle it out against a beautiful backdrop with a beachside start in sunny Port Willunga, make it’s way through McLaren Vale to finish in the beautiful Willunga Township.
Following breakfast, we’ll transfer out from the city to Willunga hours before the pros, before retreating to our incredible setup in Willunga town!
On arrival, settle in for a delicious lunch, with beverages. Located directly on the finish line, we’ll be in the prime viewing location on course and will see the peloton battle it out to see who will be crowned the victor of Stage 4!
After a massive day, we’ll transfer back to the hotel where the evening will be at your leisure.

Day 6
Final Stage on Mt Lofty!
Stage 5: Unley – Mt Lofty
The spectacular Mt Lofty will make it’s Santos Tour Down Under debut for today’s final day of racing!
It’s going to be an incredible finish to a great week of racing.
There will be no ride today so after breakfast and check out, we’ll help you pack up your bikes and get ready to transfer out to our perfectly located KOM Mummu roadside marquee!
Enjoy a picnic lunch and refreshments as we watch the peleton battle it out to see who will be the winner of the Santos Tour Down Under!
After an amazing conclusion, we’ll transfer you back to the airport and say bon voyage!

Day 6
Final Stage on Mt Lofty!
Stage 5: Unley – Mt Lofty
The spectacular Mt Lofty will make it’s Santos Tour Down Under debut for today’s final day of racing!
It’s going to be an incredible finish to a great week of racing.
There will be no ride today so after breakfast and check out, we’ll help you get your luggage into the vans and get ready to transfer out to our perfectly located KOM Mummu roadside marquee!
Enjoy a picnic lunch and refreshments as we watch the peleton battle it out to see who will be the winner of the Santos Tour Down Under!
After an amazing conclusion, we’ll transfer you back to the airport and say bon voyage!
