Welcome to the Alps!

Join us at Avignon TGV train station mid-morning, where your Mummu Cycling team will greet you before we head to our hotel in Provence.

Once you’re checked in and settled, we’ll convene in our dedicated bike assembly area. Our technical team will be on hand to assist with bike assembly and fine-tune your bike for optimal performance.

We recommend having a light snack before we set out for an afternoon spin. Our experienced guides will lead you on a relaxed route through the surrounding landscape, with our support vehicle nearby throughout the ride – as it will be all week. This gentle first outing is perfect for shaking off your travel legs and warming up for the days ahead.

Tonight, we’ll celebrate the start of your Tour de France adventure with a welcome dinner – It’s the perfect setting to meet your fellow cyclists, share your bucket list goals, and raise a glass to the spectacular week that lies ahead.

Welcome to the Alps!

Join us at Avignon TGV train station mid-morning, where your Mummu Cycling team will greet you before we head to our hotel in Provence.

Once you’re checked in and settled, we’ll convene in our dedicated bike assembly area where our staff will give a briefing of the week to come. Our riders will be heading out on a warmup ride, so the afternoon is yours to relax in the hotel, grab a bite to eat and explore the local surroundings.

Tonight, we’ll celebrate the start of your Tour de France adventure with a welcome dinner – It’s the perfect setting to meet your fellow cyclists, share your bucket list goals, and raise a glass to the spectacular week that lies ahead.

Mythical Mont-Ventoux!

Begin your day with a substantial breakfast at the hotel – you’ll appreciate the fuel ahead. You’re about to tackle one of Europe’s most iconic cycling challenges: the mighty Mont Ventoux. Rising where Provence meets the Alps, this legendary “Giant of Provence” draws cyclists from around the world, from weekend warriors to elite professionals.

After we conquer the summit, we’ll descend back to the base where you can refresh and recharge over a celebratory group lunch at a charming local restaurant. From here, we’ll be roadside to watch the peloton pass before they begin their own assault on this historic climb. Mont Ventoux summit finishes have created some of the Tour de France’s most memorable moments.

The day concludes with a return transfer to the hotel, where you’re free to spend the evening as you wish, including dinner at your own pace.

Next door in the team paddock, you’ll get an insider’s view of the pros’ pre-race routines, with chances to spot cycling stars preparing at their team buses. You’ll be right in the thick of the Tour de France morning rituals and anticipation. Watch the world’s top cyclists arrive and sign in at the official podium as the pre-race buzz builds.

Following the exciting stage start, we’ll move to our next hotel, a 4-star hotel in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, a charming Alpine village nestled in the French mountains. After checking in, there’s time for a quick ride before we enjoy a group dinner.

Cross the Finish Line on Col da la Loze, Winner'd Podium Experience and Izoard Hospitality!

Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast before donning your Mummu cycling kit. Today you’ll have the extraordinary opportunity to ride the final 40km on closed roads – just hours before the professional peloton. You’ll get to challenge your climbing legs on the newly paved Col de la Loze, a challenging 26km ascent that tops out at 2,304 meters, making it France’s eighth-highest paved pass. To top this experience, you’ll be joined by cycling legend Stuart O’Grady, who will guide you up the hairpins and abrupt changes of slope.

Cross under the iconic red Flamme Rouge and over the official finish line for a truly memorable experience, followed by your moment of glory with photos on the winners’ podium. Afterwards we’ll descend back to Courchevel to relax in the exclusive VIP Izoard hospitality area, enjoying gourmet French canapés and drinks while watching the race unfold on big screens. From this privileged position, you’ll see the pros begin to conquer their final climb, completing an impressive 5,500 meters of climbing for the day!

After witnessing this spectacular stage finish, we’ll head back to the hotel where you’re free to relax and dine at your leisure.

Cross the Finish Line on Col da la Loze, Winner'd Podium Experience and Izoard Hospitality!

July 24, 2025

Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast before we head out. Today our riders will have the extraordinary opportunity to ride the final 40km of the TDF route on closed roads – just hours before the professional peloton. To top this experience, they’ll be joined by cycling legend Stuart O’Grady, who will guide them up the hairpins and abrupt changes of slope.

We’ll drive on ahead to the prestigious resort of Courchevel, where we can discover it’s charm and delights while our riders make their approach. We’ll then drive up the final climb soaking up the atmosphere on the famous col before we reunite with them at the official finish line and share in their triumph by joining them and Stuart on the winners’ podium for an unforgettable photo opportunity. Afterwards we’ll transfer back to Courchevel to relax in the exclusive VIP Izoard hospitality area, enjoying gourmet French canapés and drinks while watching the race unfold on big screens. From this privileged position, you’ll see the pros begin to conquer their final climb, completing an impressive 5,500 meters of climbing for the day!

Today we’ll ride out to a prime location on the gruelling Stage 19’s route where we’ll get to experience the Tour’s finest hospitality at the Relais Étape, an exclusive venue accessible through our Official Tour Operator status.

From this premium vantage point, you’ll enjoy a multi-course lunch complemented by regional wines while following the race on large screens. When your favourite riders approach, step roadside to witness their incredible speed and power up close. Today’s stage serves up the last real mountains, with the route from Albertville to La Plagne covering 130 kilometres, and the pros tackle five cols. It’s do or die in the leg to La Plagne, as there won’t be many chances to make significant gains in the next two stages.

Once the stage concludes, we’ll return to the hotel where your evening is yours to enjoy.
