Welcome to the Alps!

The Mummu Cycling team will meet you mid-morning at the Avignon TGV Train station before transferring you to our accommodation, the charming Hôtel du Poète, in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, tucked away in a secluded setting, surrounded by unspoilt nature.

After check-in, we’ll gather in the bike room where our staff will assist with bicycle assembly and adjustments. Our ride guides will lead an easy warm-up ride, perfect for shaking off travel fatigue. A support vehicle will accompany us – as it will throughout the week – ensuring peace of mind.

The day concludes with a welcome dinner, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow cyclists, share your Tour de France dreams, and raise a glass to the extraordinary adventures that await us in the days ahead!

Welcome to the Alps!

July 21, 2025

The Mummu Cycling team will meet you mid-morning at the Avignon Train station before transferring you to our accommodation, the charming Hôtel du Poète, 3-star Hotel in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, tucked away in a secluded setting, surrounded by unspoilt nature.

After check-in, our riders will head out on a short warm up ride leaving you free to enjoy your time as you choose. Relax in the hotel or take a walk around the beautiful landscapes of Vaucluse on the banks of the Sorgue river.

The day concludes with a welcome dinner, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow cyclists, share your Tour de France dreams, and raise a glass to the extraordinary adventures that await us in the days ahead!

Mythical Mont-Ventoux!

Begin your day with a substantial breakfast at the hotel – you’ll appreciate the fuel ahead. You’re about to tackle one of Europe’s most iconic cycling challenges: the mighty Mont Ventoux. Rising where Provence meets the Alps, this legendary “Giant of Provence” draws cyclists from around the world, from weekend warriors to elite professionals.

After we conquer the summit, we’ll descend back to the base where you can refresh and recharge over a celebratory group lunch at a charming local restaurant. From here, we’ll be roadside to watch the peloton pass before they begin their own assault on this historic climb. Mont Ventoux summit finishes have created some of the Tour de France’s most memorable moments.

The day concludes with a return transfer to the hotel, where you’re free to spend the evening as you wish, including dinner at your own pace.

Mythical Mont-Ventoux!

Ride off the Stage 17 Start Line in Bollène

Start your morning with breakfast before transferring to Bollène for the Stage 17 start. Thanks to our Official Tour Operator credentials, you’ll experience something truly special – cycling from the official Tour de France start line on closed roads, trailing the publicity caravan and hours before the pros themselves!

After an invigorating three-hour ride, we’ll arrive at our roadside viewing spot where the Mummu marquee will be set up. Here, you can relax and refuel with a picnic lunch and cool drinks while waiting for the race to pass.

Once the peloton rolls through, we’ll transfer to our new accommodation – a 4-star hotel in Aix-les-Bains, revered town on Lake Bourget in the Savoie, eastern France. The day concludes with a group dinner, sharing stories from today’s unique Tour de France experience.

Ride off the Stage 17 Start Line in Bollène

July 23, 2025

Start your morning with breakfast before transferring to Bollène for the Stage 17 start. Thanks to our Official Tour Operator credentials, you’ll experience something truly special – being inside the barriers on the closed roads of the official Tour de France start line, trailing the publicity caravan and hours before the pros themselves!

We will see our riders depart off the start line and then drive ahead and stop at one of the many charming villages along the route and enjoy a coffee and French delicacy at a boulangerie whilst we wait on their arrival. We’ll meet at our roadside viewing spot where the Mummu marquee will be set up. Here, you can relax with a picnic lunch and cool drinks while waiting for the race to pass.

Once the peloton rolls through, we’ll transfer to our new accommodation – a 4-star hotel in Aix-les-Bains, revered town on Lake Bourget in the Savoie, eastern France. The day concludes with a group dinner, sharing stories from today’s unique Tour de France experience.

Cross the Finish Line on Col de la Loze, Winner's Podium experience & Izoard Hospitality!

Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast before donning your Mummu cycling kit. Today you’ll have the extraordinary opportunity to ride the final 40km on closed roads – just hours before the professional peloton. You’ll get to challenge your climbing legs on the newly paved Col de la Loze, a challenging 26km ascent that tops out at 2,304 meters, making it France’s eighth-highest paved pass. To top this experience, you’ll be joined by cycling legend Stuart O’Grady, who will guide you up the hairpins and abrupt changes of slope.

Cross under the iconic red Flamme Rouge and over the official finish line for a truly memorable experience, followed by your moment of glory with photos on the winners’ podium. Afterwards we’ll descend back to Courchevel to relax in the exclusive VIP Izoard hospitality area, enjoying gourmet French canapés and drinks while watching the race unfold on big screens. From this privileged position, you’ll see the pros begin to conquer their final climb, completing an impressive 5,500 meters of climbing for the day!

After witnessing this spectacular stage finish, we’ll head back to the hotel where you’re free to relax and dine at your leisure.

Cross the Finish Line on Col de la Loze, Winner's Podium experience & Izoard Hospitality!

Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast before we head out. Today our riders will have the extraordinary opportunity to ride the final 40km of the TDF route on closed roads – just hours before the professional peloton. To top this experience, they’ll be joined by cycling legend Stuart O’Grady, who will guide them up the hairpins and abrupt changes of slope.

We’ll drive on ahead to the prestigious resort of Courchevel, where we can discover it’s charm and delights while our riders make their approach. We’ll then drive up the final climb soaking up the atmosphere on the famous col before we reunite with them at the official finish line and share in their triumph by joining them and Stuart on the winners’ podium for an unforgettable photo opportunity. Afterwards we’ll transfer back to Courchevel to relax in the exclusive VIP Izoard hospitality area, enjoying gourmet French canapés and drinks while watching the race unfold on big screens. From this privileged position, you’ll see the pros begin to conquer their final climb, completing an impressive 5,500 meters of climbing for the day!

Take in panoramic views from the iconic Eiffel Tower, discover masterpieces at the Louvre including the famous Mona Lisa, and meander along the Seine towards the historic Notre-Dame.
