Welcome!

The Mummu Cycling team will meet you mid-morning at the Clermont-Ferrand train station with a short transfer to our hotel in the spa town of Châtel-Guyon, the thermal spa resort, where Baroque hotels line broad avenues and eccentric-looking villas confidently showcase their grand architecture.

After checking in and getting comfortable, we’ll gather in our designated bike room for a short briefing. Our expert staff will assist with assembly and adjustment of your bikes, ensuring everything is perfectly tuned for the afternoon’s ride.

Be sure to fuel up with a light meal before we embark on an easy warm-up ride. Your Mummu ride guides will expertly lead the group, while our accompanying support vehicle ensures a dependable presence and assistance throughout all rides this week. Today’s gentle route loops through picturesque countryside, ideal for loosening up after travel and preparing for the adventures ahead.

Round off your first day with our welcome dinner, where you’ll meet your fellow cyclists, share Tour de France dreams, and raise a glass to the exciting journey ahead!

Welcome!

The Mummu Cycling team will meet you mid-morning at the Clermont-Ferrand train station with a short transfer to our hotel in the spa town of Châtel-Guyon, the thermal spa resort, where Baroque hotels line broad avenues and eccentric-looking villas confidently showcase their grand architecture.

After checking in and getting comfortable, we’ll gather in our designated bike room for a short briefing. Our riders will then head off for a short warm up ride and the day will be yours to relax and enjoy. Make use of the hotel’s amenities including the SPA equipped with a sauna, a jacuzzi, a fitness room as well as a wellness area where you can unwind. You can also enjoy the covered outdoor swimming pool and its terrace.

Round off your first day with our welcome dinner, where you’ll meet your fellow cyclists, share Tour de France dreams, and raise a glass to the exciting journey ahead!

Day 2

Ride on course and watch Stage 9 from the Mummu roadside marquee!

Begin your day with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before we transport you to our carefully selected starting point. Experience the unique thrill of cycling on the official Tour de France route while the roads are closed to traffic – a rare privilege that puts you in the tire tracks of cycling legends before both the promotional caravan and professional peloton sweep through.

After an invigorating three-hour ride, you’ll have time to refresh at our exclusive viewing location. Here, the Mummu marquee awaits with a picnic including refreshing beverages. Today’s stage follows a predominantly flat route from Chinon to Châteauroux, culminating in the legendary finish straight nicknamed “Avenue Cavendish” – where the sprinting phenomenon Sir Mark Cavendish claimed his first Tour victory in 2008.

Once the excitement of the peloton passing reaches its crescendo, we’ll pack up and return to our comfortable accommodation in Châtel-Guyon for an evening at your leisure.

After exploring the city and pausing for coffee, we’ll connect with the cycling group following their ride on today’s official Tour de France stage route.

Here, the Mummu marquee awaits with a picnic and refreshing beverages. TDF Rest Day - allez a Toulouse!

Today marks the first rest day for the peloton but not for us! Start your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a four-hour ride through the stunning landscapes surrounding Châtel-Guyon, gateway to the magnificent Auvergne Volcanic Nature Park.

After returning to freshen up and check out, we’ll journey south toward the Pyrenees to Toulouse, affectionately known as “La ville rose” (The Pink City) for its distinctive terra-cotta brick architecture that echoes its Roman heritage.

Your home for the next three nights will be the luxurious 4-star Pullman Toulouse Centre Ramblas, ideally situated within walking distance of the city center. The evening is yours to explore this vibrant metropolis at your leisure. Wander through charming narrow streets and historic squares, watching as café terraces buzz with life. From casual bistros to Michelin-starred restaurants and enticing street food vendors, Toulouse’s renowned culinary scene offers something to satisfy every palate.

TDF Rest Day - allez a Toulouse!

Today marks the first rest day for the peloton but not for us! Our riders will be heading out for a leisurely four-hour ride so you can choose to relax and use the hotel amenities or we can head out to explore our surroundings and do some sightseeing – the choice is yours!

After returning to freshen up and check out, we’ll journey south toward the Pyrenees to Toulouse, affectionately known as “La ville rose” (The Pink City) for its distinctive terra-cotta brick architecture that echoes its Roman heritage.

Your home for the next three nights will be the luxurious 4-star Pullman Toulouse Centre Ramblas, ideally situated within walking distance of the city center. After an energizing two-hour ride, we’ll escort you to our premium viewing location where the Mummu marquee awaits with a picnic lunch and refreshments.
