Our Pyrenees Prime experience is one for the avid ride-obsessed cyclist who simply loves turning circles and doesn’t mind the odd challenge! This tour visits the vibrant city of Toulouse and the pilgrimage town of Lourdes, superbly placed for access to some of the great road climbs of the Pyrenees.

Welcome to the Pyrenees!

The Mummu Cycling team will meet you mid-morning at the Toulouse airport with a short transfer to our hotel, the 4-star Pullman Toulouse Centre Ramblas, conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre.

After check-in, we’ll gather in the bike room where our staff will assist with bicycle assembly and adjustments. Before an easy afternoon ride, grab a light bite at a local boulangerie or fromagerie. Our ride guides will lead an easy warm-up route around the outskirts of Toulouse, perfect for shaking off travel fatigue. A support vehicle will accompany us – as it will throughout the week – ensuring peace of mind.

The day concludes with a welcome dinner, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow cyclists, share your Tour de France dreams, and raise a glass to the extraordinary adventures that await us in the days ahead!

The Mummu Cycling team will meet you mid-morning at the Toulouse airport with a short transfer to our hotel, the 4-star Pullman Toulouse Centre Ramblas, conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre.

After check-in, our riders will head out on a short warm-up ride leaving you free to enjoy your time as you choose. Relax in the hotel or take a walk and enjoy a bite to eat at the many restaurants in the nearby vicinity.

The day concludes with a welcome dinner, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow cyclists, share your Tour de France dreams, and raise a glass to the extraordinary adventures that await us in the days ahead!

Ride off the Stage 11 Start Line in Toulouse!

Start your morning with a hearty hotel breakfast before experiencing something truly special – riding from the official Tour Stage 11 start line, on closed roads before the Tour itself roars through. Thanks to our official Tour status, you’ll pedal the same route trailing the promotional caravan hours before the pros themselves. Making this even more memorable, you’ll be riding alongside cycling legend Stuart O’Grady, whose Tour de France legacy includes 17 appearances, two stage victories, two Team Time Trial wins, and stints in the legendary Yellow Jersey.

After an exhilarating two-hour ride, relax in our exclusive roadside Mummu marquee, where a picnic lunch and cool refreshments await. Once the peloton streams past, we’ll head back to the hotel to freshen up before catching the dramatic sprint finish of today’s stage.

As evening falls, explore the enchanting “Pink City” at your own pace. Wander Toulouse’s historic streets, where Roman-era terracotta buildings glow in the sunset, and choose from an array of nearby restaurants for a delicious meal.

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before heading to Stage 11’s start line. Our Tour Operator status grants our guests the exclusive privilege of being inside the barriers on the closed-road route ahead of the pros. Adding to this special experience, today we’ll be joined by cycling legend Stuart O’Grady.

Once we see our riders off, we’ll have time to explore Toulouse and uncover its hidden gems and architectural wonders of its must-see monuments.

After settling in, suit up in your Mummu cycling kit and we’ll transfer you to today’s ride start along Stage 12’s route. Today you’ll get to tackle the famous Hautacam, a route that takes you on a breathtaking ride through the lush rural countryside into the heart of the Pyrenees.

Feel like a Tour champion as you surge through the iconic Flamme Rouge and cross the official finish line. Capture your victory moment on the winners’ podium and be treated to a quick tour behind the scenes of the official finish line. Then retreat to the exclusive VIP Izoard hospitality zone, where you’ll savour premium French canapés and unlimited refreshments while following the race action on large screens. Today you’ll get to experience the drama of the Tour from an unmatched perspective as we ride to our exclusive viewing spot for today’s epic mountain time trial – an intense 11-kilometer battle from Loudenvielle to the Altiport of Peyragudes. Making this experience even more extraordinary, Stuart O’Grady will ride alongside us, sharing insights and stories from his illustrious career. It’s a rare opportunity to pedal with one of cycling’s greats while witnessing Tour de France history in the making.

After the ride, you’ll have the chance to freshen up, before being treated to the Tour’s finest hospitality at the Relais Étape, an exclusive venue accessible through our Official Tour Operator status. From this premium vantage point along Stage 13’s time trial course, you’ll enjoy a multi-course lunch complemented by regional wines while following the race on large screens. After your triumphant summit, you’ll get a chance to freshen up, and we’ll head out for lunch in Payolle before enjoying roadside viewing for Stage 14 on the demanding Superbagnères climb.
