Day 1
Team Presentation
Our weekend tour begins with the official team presentation!
After meeting at our hotel and getting settled into your room for the next few nights, we will make our way into the city center to see the fan fare of the official team presentation. With former professional Stuart O’Grady as your host, he will ensure you get all the inside knowledge on the race and the riders to watch!
We will stay in the city into the evening and enjoy dinner as a group.

Day 2
Rhine Valley
As the Tour de France does not start until tomorrow, we will take this opportunity to enjoy the stunning nearby Rhine Valley region.
After breakfast we will make our way south by van to the Rhine Valley, stopping at a beautiful winery just south of Bonn. We will enjoy a lovely lunch, coupled with matching wines before a tour of the winery itself.
In the early afternoon we will make our way back to Dusseldorf for dinner and a relaxing evening before the excitement of the first stage of the Tour de France in the morning!

Day 3
Vive le Tour!
The start of this year’s Tour de France takes place on the streets of Dusseldorf with an individual time trial. Riders will race against the clock for the first maiout jaune (yellow jersey) of this year’s tour. Local time trial specialist, Tony Martin will be a favorite to take the win.
Following breakfast we will make our way to the departure village where our VIP access will allow you to get up close and personal with the riders as they warm up for the stage. This is a great opportunity to get photos with riders, perhaps talk some tactics with the sports directors and even get an autograph or two.
Our position at the start of the stage will also provide a great atmosphere and viewing of all the days action. Be sure to spend some time in the departure village fan zone where the various booths will provide entertainment, nibbles and an opportunity to pick up some official Tour de France memorabilia.
