France and Belgium are rich in the history and tradition of cycling, the heart and soul of which is perfectly embodied in The Classics. Our tours are the perfect way to get up close and personal with all the pro riders, breathtaking scenery, challenging courses and vibrant culture on offer throughout these regions.
Australian cycling legend and 2007 Paris Roubaix winner, Stuart O’Grady, will be your host and personal ride guide on this amazing trip.
After travelling through Ghent, Liege and the surrounding areas, Stuart will take you into the Ardennes and towards Lille in Northern France. The route explores the courses of some of the regions most famous races, such as the Paris-Roubaix, Tour of Flanders, Liège-Bastogne-Liège, La Fleche Wallone and Amstel Gold events. Your journey spans over 11 days and 10 nights, much of which will be spent cycling, meeting new people, watching the pros, enjoying great cuisine, and learning from the best, including the former Paris-Roubaix winner.
The cherry on top of this Spring Classics tour is the Paris-Roubaix, also known as ‘queen of the classics’ and ‘the hell of the north’. You’ll get the chance to ride Roubaix’s famous cobbled stones and iconic velodrome before getting in perfect position to see the live action as all the pros tackle it 24 hours later – all the while listening to Stuart’s expert insights into the race.
