By Invitation

Bookings depend on availability at the time of confirmation. Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation invoice, creating a contract between you and Mummu Cycling. Payment deadlines will be specified in your invoice. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may cancel your booking.

Prices quoted verbally are estimates only and will be confirmed in writing with your booking.

Corporate Groups
Corporate bookings must be arranged with a Mummu Cycling representative and cannot be booked online. Once confirmed, the contract exists between your company and Mummu Cycling. Payment deadlines and terms are outlined in your invoice. Late payments may result in cancellation.

Pricing
All prices are per person and shown in AUD, EUR, USD or GBP. Prices include applicable taxes but exclude taxes imposed by third parties. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or tax changes after booking. Please check all details with your Mummu Cycling consultant.

Payment Methods
Payments are accepted by direct deposit. Your invoice will include bank details. For credit card payments, a 3.5% international service fee applies to Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Domestic card payments incur a 1.04% surcharge. Diners cards are not accepted. These fees are added at checkout.

Payment Schedule

Tours (riding or spectating): 40% deposit due at booking, balance due 120 days before departure.

Bookings within 120 days of departure: Full payment required on confirmation.

One Day Experiences, Deposits, Event Passes: 100% payment due on booking.

Cancellations

Your Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelled bookings forfeit 100% of payments. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance with ‘cancel for any reason’ coverage. Cancellations cannot be rebooked unless availability permits.

Our Cancellation
If we cancel a tour or experience, you will receive a full refund or a credit valid for 24 months. Deposits are transferable to another individual.

Minimum Numbers and Changes
Some tours require minimum participation. If not met, we may cancel and refund you or offer to transfer you to a similar tour (difference in price settled accordingly). Some tours have maximum capacity and may close early. Itineraries may be adjusted as needed; any price changes will be communicated.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all riders and highly recommended for spectators. Your policy should cover road riding, personal injury, medical costs, loss or damage to property, and cancellation.

Health and Safety

Mummu Cycling may refuse participation to anyone deemed unsafe or disruptive to the group. If refused, cancellation terms apply. You agree to comply with our Safety Guide while riding.

Liability and Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by delays, cancellations, or acts outside our control, including weather, government actions, strikes, or failure of third parties. We do not guarantee events will proceed as planned and refunds will not be issued for changes or cancellations except where required by law or covered by insurance.

Event Tickets and Access

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable on the day of the event, and may not be resold without permission. We are not responsible for no-shows by participants or changes made by event organisers. Seating locations are at the organiser's discretion and subject to change without notice.

Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements

You must ensure your passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. If you require a visa, please notify us for assistance. Non-disclosure of any criminal convictions may lead to denied entry; this is your responsibility.

Meals, Transfers and Other Services

Notify us of dietary requirements at booking. We are not liable for illness from meals or accidents during transfers. Comprehensive travel insurance must cover these risks.
