Held from the stunning seaside town of Kiama, NSW, the Gran Fondo style event, provides an experience as close to riding a Tour de France stage as is possible in Australia, over a very demanding course.
The 136km RACE route covers a succession of three lengthy climbs through the daring, yet picturesque Shoalhaven and Southern Highland regions, reaching 2,770m elevation in total. Painful – yes, but a true test that will undoubtedly leave you feeling elated and immensely satisfied on completion.
