Once kitted up and ready to roll, we will transfer to our ride start point along the Stage 2 race route that travels from the Adriatic Coast’s Cesenatico, inland to Bologna where a tough finish awaits, including the same Imola circuit that saw Julian Alaphilippe claim the rainbow bands in 2020.
On arrival, we will set out onto the final section of the course to ride for a couple of hours along the race route designed for the punchers. The climbs we’ll face along the way may be short, however they’re far from sweet! You’ll no doubt be full of motivation with crowds of fans cheering you on as you make your way up and over those final tests before a fast run in to the line. Here, you will enjoy the exclusive opportunity of riding through the barriers at the Flamme Rouge (1km to go) and right across the line where you can strike the air in triumph if you’re feeling celebratory! From there, we’ll take a trip to the stage winner’s podium where you’ll have the chance to step into the spotlight for a snap or two.
Once you’ve had your time to shine, we will make our way to VIP finish line hospitality. It doesn’t get much better than kicking back over unlimited beverages and delicious French canapés while watching the action unfold over big screen entertainment… Soon enough it will be time to brace yourself for what is predicted to be a nail biting finish amongst the strongest, and good news – you’ll be in the best seat in the house to watch it all LIVE right at the finish. Prepare to be wowed at the share speed as the best in the business take honours and we raise our glasses to celebrate.
After a truly epic day out on tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. This evening will be yours free to relax and unwind.
