Day 1
Welcome to Roubaix
Your GreenEDGE Travel hosts will meet you this morning at Gare de Lille Flandres to be transferred to our hotel in Valenciennes. After check-in we will head out to do reconnaissance of some of the famous Paris-Roubaix pave sectors right on our doorstep including Forrest d’Arenberg.
Following our reconnaissance, we will freshen up before our exclusive meet and greet with the riders and staff from team Mitchelton-SCOTT. We’ll hear sports director Laurenzo Lapage share his thoughts on Sunday’s race and get an insight into the team’s race plan and strategies before meeting the riders for a true insider’s experience.
After the riders head off to rest, team Michelton-SCOTT will host you for dinner at their hotel to continue a night to remember. Over dinner, Laurenzo will give you a ride briefing and tips as you prepare to tackle the Forrest of d’Arenberg and other cobbled sectors of the Paris-Roubaix Challenge tomorrow.

Day 1

Day 2
Paris Roubaix Challenge Ride
Today is one of the highlights of the tour! Ride Paris-Roubaix!
It is your opportunity to ride the very course Mathew Hayman famously conquered in 2016 and the team will tackle in only 24 hours’ time. You’ll ride the famous cobbled roads of Northern France, including iconic sectors Mons-en-Pevele and Carrefour de l’Aarbe.
Following breakfast, we will transfer you by van to the start of the Paris-Roubaix Challenge, Roubaix Veledrome. After a tough 145km or 70km you will finish your ride in the famous Roubaix velodrome completing a lap (albeit under less pressure than Matty)! Following the sportive we will have the opportunity to visit the Paris-Roubaix museum.
We will then return to Valenciennes for a group dinner to celebrate our achievements and prepare for the big day tomorrow.
Today’s ride: 145km or 70km – Paris Roubaix Sportive ride. Includes finishing the ride into the famous Roubaix velodrome

Day 2
Paris Roubaix Challenge Ride
Take the time to enjoy a relaxed breakfast this morning before we set off for Flanders to explore Koers, The Museum of Cycle Racing. Expect an interactive ride through the history of bicycles and cycling. The museum includes: a 90° cobblestone wall, outstanding trophies, a Service Course filled with racing bikes, testimonies from bike enthusiasts, compelling action images and a rainbow of cycling collection pieces.
Following the museum, we will enjoy a gourmet lunch before heading to Roubaix. Whilst we wait for everyone in the group to finish, we’ll stop at a Belgian Craft Brewery for a tour and tasting session.
We will then return to Valenciennes for a group dinner to celebrate the groups achievements and prepare for the big day tomorrow.

Day 3
The Hell of the North!
The day has arrived. The Queen of the Classics takes place today! After the excitement of Peter Sagan’s 2018 victory Bora–Hansgrohe will be looking to make it back to back victories or will be upstaged by the force of Quickstep? Will Mitchelton-SCOTT’s power riders such as Alex Edmondson, Luke Durbridge or Matteo Trentin take their chance to hold the rock aloft? 2019 is sure to delight as the Hell of the North is well known for throwing up the odd surprise or two.
Today you are part of Team Mitchelton-SCOTT. Our GreenEDGE Travel staff will transfer us to the start line in Compiegne to meet the team as they prepare for one of the toughest one-day races of the season. Your team Mitchelton-SCOTT host will be there to talk you through the day and show you the team bus. Whilst there, take the opportunity to experience the excitement and nerves among all teams.
Just before the riders roll out we will head off in our accredited vans along the course to our first viewing point. There we will be a key asset to team Mitchelton-SCOTT, holding spare wheels aloft on a cobbled sector, available to help any of our riders who puncture or need assistance.
We will then quickly make our way to mythical Trouée d’Arenberg to secure our place roadside to watch the peloton race over the train lines and into the narrow cobbled roads. Following the final rider, our VIP accredited vans will drive through roadblocks and onto the course towards the finish in Roubaix where we will take enjoy the final kms roadside.
Following the race, we will head to the team bus for an exclusive beer with the Mitchelton-SCOTT crew to celebrate another Paris-Roubaix gone. You will then be transferred to Lille for your onward travels.

Day 3

Following the race, we will head to the team bus for an exclusive beer with the crew to celebrate another Paris-Roubaix gone. You will then be transferred to Lille for your onward travels.
